Stuffed Roti with Rose Tea (Collaboration)

Cook time - 15 mins

Total time - 25 mins

​1 cup Araliya rice flour

1 egg (optional)

1 cup Atta/whole-wheat flour salt to taste

1 cup shredded coconut 1tbsp of butter 1/4tsp baking powder approx.

1 cup of warm water


​1.mix in all the dry ingredients together(rice flour, Atta flour, coconut ,baking powder and salt)


2.Add the egg and give it a mix


3.Gradually add warm water and start foaming the dough


4.Add the butter and continue to kneed


5.Add in little bit of extra flour if the dough is too sticky


6.Rest the dough for about 5 minutes and divide into 8 equal balls


7.On a flour dusted surface, flatten a dough ball


8.Place 1-2tbsp of Araliya Lunu miris in the middle


9.Foam the roti’s as shown In the video 10.toast the roti’s under medium heat for about 2-3 minutes each side
